UK Delivery
UK Delivery
Within the UK, goods are guaranteed for delivery within 10 working days following despatch. (The price quoted online includes delivery to any UK destination)
Product Images
Please note that due to the wide variation in monitors, graphics cards and different envrironmental conditions, we can not guarantee that the colour of the product you view is an exact match to any garments delivered.
Stock Availability
Although every effort is taken to ensure all items are in supply, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable at the time of despatch we will advise you immediately, offer an alternative availability date, or refund accordingly.
Self-Measurement Made to Measure Shirts
Whilst we will make every effort to check for errors with measurement details for made to measure shirts ordered online with our self-measurement form, Regent Tailoring can not be held responsible for any mistakes made that result in an ill-fitting shirt.

Returns
Online Purchases
If you need to return your item for any reason please ensure that you include your receipt with the parcel you are returning.
Returns should be despatched back within 14 days of receipt; should be unworn and in original packaging.
Please note: Regent Tailoring are happy to provide a full refund for any unwanted goods as specified above. However, we regret that we cannot be held liable for any returns delivery charges, we also will not refund the cost of original delivery to the customer.
Important: please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office for your returned Regent Tailoring item; Regent Tailoring cannot be held responsible for loss of returned items without proof of posting.
Refunds will be made to your account via our secure system within 5 working days of satisfactory receipt of goods.
In-store and Show Purchases
To return an item will be accepted for a refund ensure you have the receipt, the item is unworn and with original packaging. The item must be returned within 14 days.
For items returned after 14 days we will offer an exchange for another item or credit note.
Regent Tailoring reserve the right to make changes to their policies at any time and without notification.
